After the word JESUS in each Hail Mary, the following phrases are added:
First Decade
Whom you conceived by the overshadowing of the Holy Spirit
Whom John the Baptist recognized while he was still in the womb of his mother
To who you gave birth in Bethlehem in Judea
Whom you wrapped in bands of cloth and laid in the manger
Whom the angels proclaimed to the shepherds
Whom the shepherds found lying in a manger
Who was call Jesus at his circumcision, eight days after his birth
Whom the Magi adored and honoured with gold, frankincense, and myrrh
Whom you offered in the Temple to the heavenly Father
With whom you fled into Egypt and later returned to Nazareth.

Second Decade
Whom you and Joseph lost in the Temple and found again after three days

Who proclaimed the reign of God in the power of the Spirit
Who healed every kind of sickness and disease and raised the dead to life
Whose feet Mary of Bethany anointed with costly perfume and dried with her hair
Who was transfigured on Mount Tabor in the presence of Peter, James and John
Who raised Lazarus to life again after he had been dead four days
Who entered Jerusalem in triumph on Palm Sunday

Third Decade
Who humbly washed the feet of his disciples at the Last Supper
Who gave them the Holy Eucharist, the mystery of faith
Who prayed in agony in the garden of Gethsemane
Who was betrayed by Judas and deserted by his friends
Who was denied by Simon Peter and mocked, spat upon and beaten in the house of Caiaphas
Who was lead away in chins to the court of Pontius Pilate
Who was clothed in the dress of a fool by Harod.
Who was flogged like a slave and crowned with thorns
Who was handed over to be crucified and carried his cross to Golgotha
Whose cross bore the inscription; “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews”

Fourth Decade
Who was deprived of his clothing and nailed to the cross between two criminals
Who was derided, mocked, and taunted by those who passed by
Who asked the Father to forgive those who crucified him
Who promised Paradise to the repentant criminal
Who from the cross commended you, O Mary, to his beloved disciples
Who was given sour wine to drink as the agonized on the cross
Who on the cross commended hi spirit to the Father
Who at here o’clock cried out with a loud voice, “My god, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
Who said, ”It is finished,” bowed his head and died
Whose side was pierced by a Roman spear after his death.

Fifth Decade
At whose death the earth shook, rocks were split, and tombs were opened
Whose broken body was placed in you lap
Whose body was wrapped in a linen shroud and laid in a rock-hewn tomb
Who proclaimed the Good News even to the dead
Who on the third day rose from the dead and appeared again and again to this friends
Who on the fortieth day ascended to this Father in heaven
Who on Pentecost send us the Holy Spirit of truth and consolation
Who assumed you, body and soul, into heaven
Who crowned you Queen of al saints
Who will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, alleluia!

Prayer
Blessed Virgin and Mother Mary, refuge of sinners and comforter of the afflicted! In your maternal love, hear the prayers of those who put their trust in you. Stand by us all in our need and by the sufferings you endured at the foot of the cross, commend us to your crucified Son that by his precious blood we may attain eternal life.
Amen
