My Rosary Beads
A little pair of Rosary Beads, as plain as plain can be, but only God in Heaven knows how dear they are to me. I have them always with me at every step I take. At evening when I slumber, at morn when I awake. In bright and cloudy weather, in sunshine or in rain. In happiness or sorrow, in pleasure or in pain. It helps me in my struggle. It reproves me when in sin. Its look of gentle patience rebukes with strife within. In days of pain and anguish, the greatest help I knew, was to hold my rosary beads, until I calmer grew. So when the time approaches, when I will have to die, I hope my little rosary beads will close beside me lie. That holy name of Jesus maybe the last I say, and kissing my sweet rosary beads, my soul may pass away. Amen
My Mother’s Rosary
Your beads I found, dear mother mine, in the cushion of the chair, you must have been just saying them the last time you sat there. The beads are old and shiny now the cross shines lovely to, how happy were the beads of love with each caress from you. Your life was like a rosary, Ma, each day lived like a prayer, the sorrow and the glorious, and the joyful we all shared. So as we travel on through life, send God’s blessings down to guide us, we‘ll be faithful to our rosary as a family chain that binds us. Amen
Pray the Family Rosary Throughout this sinful world of ours, less sorrow there would be if every home would daily pray THE FAMILY ROSARY.
That we might open Heaven’s Door, God gave us each a key, to His rich blessing when we pray THE FAMILY ROSARY.
No broken ties would families know, their troubles all would flee, if only every member pray THE FAMILY ROSARY That wars may cease with lasting peace, Oh, Lord we ask of Thee; May all the World be taught to pray THE FAMILY ROSARY.
